Itinerary:

  • DAY 1: MENARA AIRPORT - MARRAKECH
Welcome at the airport and transfer to our charming Riad. Just a 5-minute walk away is the enigmatic Jemaa el-Fna Square, a famous meeting point in Marrakech with an incomparable atmosphere: snake charmers, dancers, storytellers, fortune tellers. Stroll through the Square and have dinner at one of the many stalls selling typical Moroccan food.

  • DAY 2: MARRAKECH -OUARZAZATE – DADES
Departure from Marrakech via the Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass, where we will cross the Atlas Mountains, making stops to enjoy the magnificent views along the route and to rest or take photos whenever you like. We will continue on to Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most spectacular fortresses in southern Morocco, which you will have the opportunity to visit. It is iconic because several international films, such as Oblivion, Gladiator, Sahara, and The Mummy, were filmed there. Ouarzazate is known as the film capital of Morocco, and then we will take the road to the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. From here, we will travel along a track where you will have the opportunity to appreciate the tranquility of the mountains inhabited by Berber nomads. You will spend the night in the heart of the Dades Gorges.

• DAY 3: DADES GORGES - TODRA GORGES - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA
After breakfast, we'll head towards the desert, visiting one of Morocco's most spectacular sites, the Todra Gorge, a beautiful place ideal for hiking and exploring. We'll continue to Merzouga, where you'll travel by camel to reach a nomadic tent nestled among the dunes, where you'll spend the night. Overnight in a desert camp..

• DAY 4: DESERT – VISIT TO THE NOMADS – KHAMLIA – DESERT
If you wish, you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea of dunes. After breakfast, you will return by camel to Merzouga and then visit Khamlia, known for its inhabitants who are descendants of the former slave trade from Sudan. They are excellent musicians, and art is their way of life. You will enjoy a short concert of traditional Gnawa music with them. We will return to one of the tracks used in the Paris-Dakar Rally, visiting the Khol mines and the remains of a French and Berber village. We will stop to admire the dazzling panoramic view of the Erg Chebbi desert. In a delightful experience, you will meet desert nomads during a period of sedentary life, with whom you can share tea and learn more about their way of life. We will return to the hotel, and you will have the afternoon free. Overnight at the desert hotel.

• DAY 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ALNIF – DRAA VALLEY – AGDEZ
After breakfast, we leave the desert and pass through the historic city of Rissani, a former caravan center with a lively souk. We continue through the arid landscapes of Alnif and Tazzarine, heading towards the lush Draa Valley—Morocco's longest and most fertile river valley, filled with date palms and traditional adobe villages. Following the picturesque route through the palm groves, we arrive at the tranquil town of Agdz, nestled at the foot of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night in a charming kasbah or riad in a relaxing atmosphere.

• DAY 6: AGDEZ - TAROUDANT
In the morning, we'll travel to Taroudant, a fortified city about an hour and a half away. Along the way, we'll cross the majestic Atlas Mountains and make a brief stop at a citrus and banana plantation in the Souss Valley. Upon arrival in Taroudant, you'll be dazzled by the elegant gates leading into the walled city. We'll walk through the 11th-century red walls that encircle the medina and enjoy a delicious Moroccan breakfast.

DAY 7: TAROUDANT – AGADIR – INOUMAR
We will depart for Agadir, where you will be able to travel back in time, visiting the fortified collective granaries, which were more than just warehouses; they were community fortresses, serving as communal banks and archives, where each cell door had a unique key, and represent the testimony of a living culture.
Furthermore, you will be able to live an authentic Moroccan experience, immersing yourself in the traditional life of the villagers, who preserve the traditions and culture that have been passed down from generation to generation and will allow you to feel the noble and friendly side of its people, while learning their stories, doing unique activities such as the ancestral art of Henna, learning to prepare the famous Moroccan Tea, listening to traditional music and strolling through the village, plus accommodation will be in a Guesthouse.
Undoubtedly, sharing with the locals offers a true lesson in community life, and their visit helps you "feel and understand the ancestral meaning" of their cultures and traditions, and live a meaningful experience that is culturally enriching and especially inspiring.


• DAY 8: AGADIR INOUMAR – LEGZIRA BEACH
After breakfast, we depart for the fortified city of Tiznit. You will enjoy a coffee break and a visit to the Medina (old town) and El M'échoir Square. Then, enjoy an excursion to Tafraout Legzira beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Morocco. To make the day even more special, you will witness a magnificent sunset, which will undoubtedly inspire you to take countless photos of the stunning natural scenery. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.

• DAY 9: LEGZIRA BEACH
After breakfast you will have the day free to stroll around Legzira, one of the most beautiful beaches in Morocco where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape and everything the place has to offer.

• DAY 10: LEGZIRA BEACH - ESSAOUIRA
In the morning, we will depart from Legzira for the coastal city of Essaouira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded by the Portuguese in the 16th century. There, you can stroll through the colorful medina, including the Skala du Port, the fishing port, the jewelry souk, and the spice market. Essaouira is known for its fresh seafood workshops and thuya wood crafts. After lunch, there will be an optional day trip to Diabat, where Jimi Hendrix is said to have stayed when visiting the city.

• DAY 11: ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH
After breakfast we will travel back to the city of Marrakech. You will spend the night in the riad.
• DAY 12: MARRAKECH - AIRPORT
After breakfast, and depending on your flight departure time, transfer to the airport. End of our services.
